Terms and conditions of use

Article 1 – Purpose

 

The present General Terms and Conditions of Use are established between L’ENTREPOT DE L’ELECTRO MENAGER and any individual of legal age, merchant or not, present in the Store and wishing to purchase Products by using the Payment Service corresponding to the amount of the selected Products. These conditions define the terms and conditions applicable to any purchase of Products in the Store, accompanied by payment via the Service.

 

Article 2 – Description of the Service

 

Transactions for the purchase of Products carried out via the Service are concluded directly between the Customer and us. In the event of non-compliance with these General Terms of Use, L’ENTREPOT DE L’ELECTRO MENAGER reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Service for the Customer concerned. Each Customer undertakes to make purchases in good faith.

 

Article 3 – Access to the Service

Access to the Service is reserved to Customers for strictly personal and non-professional use. When using the Service, the Customer declares that he/she is acting in a private capacity. Access to the Service requires the opening or use of an existing account. To do so, the Customer must provide the information required for identification, and undertakes to provide accurate information and to report any changes without delay. In the event of loss, misappropriation or fraudulent use of his/her login and/or password, the Customer undertakes to notify Customer Services immediately. The Customer must have the legal capacity to contract and possess a valid personal bank card. The Customer agrees to be geolocated in the Store in order to access the Service. The Customer declares that he/she has read and accepted without reservation the present General Terms and Conditions of Use before validating his/her order, this acceptance being materialized by a validation click during the Service registration process.

 

Article 4 – Products

Only self-service Products in the Store are concerned. Televisions, press, countermarks, services or any other product requiring activation at the checkout are not eligible for this service. The Customer accepts that there may be a difference in presentation between the photograph of the Product available in the Store and that of the Product accessible via the Service, due to a change in packaging by the manufacturer or supplier, this difference in no way affecting the content and characteristics of the Product.

 

Article 5 – Purchase process

To purchase a Product, the Customer must complete the following steps:
1. Select the available Product.
2. Add the available Product to the shopping cart.
3. Validate the basket by clicking on the “Pay” button. Payment is instantaneous. A summary and the order number are displayed.
The invoice for the purchase is available on the customer’s account.
