Return and refund policies

Actions Required of Customers :

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1 – Contact us by phone at +33 7 56 84 04 66 or by e-mail at contact@entrepot-electro.com to initiate the return, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
2 – Fill in the returns form provided with your order.
3 – Include a copy of your invoice.
4 – Send the item to the following address: Le siala bas, Route de Mazamet, 81100 Castres, France

 

General Return Conditions :

L’ENTREPOT DE L’ELECTRO MENAGER accepts return requests for conforming products, as well as for defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:

Returns may be requested within 14 working days of product delivery.
The customer must be in possession of the purchase receipt or invoice.
The customer may choose between a voucher for other products or a refund.
L’ENTREPOT DE L’ELECTRO MENAGER will pick up the product free of charge.

 

Returns for Online Purchases:

Products purchased online must be returned by courier to our warehouses. To request a return, please contact us on +33 7 56 84 04 66 or by e-mail at contact@entrepot-electro.com, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.

Return of defective products:

For defective items, L’ENTREPOT DE L’ELECTRO MENAGER offers assistance, replacement or repair. Defective products may be returned within 2 years for individuals and 1 year for professionals with an eligible VAT number. For returns of defective products, please contact us via entrepot-electro.com. L’ENTREPOT DE L’ELECTRO MENAGER will cover the cost of returning defective products.

 

Legal warranty for consumers:

In accordance with articles L217-1 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code, all products sold on our website benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for consumers in the event of defects. Defects in product conformity occurring within 24 months of delivery must be reported by the consumer within 2 months of discovery.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may ask L’ENTREPOT DE L’ELECTRO MENAGER, free of charge, for one of the following options:

Repair or replacement of the product purchased
Reduction of the purchase price
Cancellation of the sales contract
To exercise the legal warranty, the consumer can send a report by e-mail to: contact@entrepot-electro.com.

 

Legal warranty for professionals:

With regard to product defect warranties, professionals benefit from the rights set out in articles 1604 et seq. of the French Civil Code, which provide for a 12-month legal warranty. Professionals may invoke the warranty provided they report the defect within eight days of its discovery and before the end of the year following delivery. To exercise the legal warranty, the professional can send a report by e-mail to: contact@entrepot-electro.com.

 

Refund period :

In the event of the return of non-defective goods and if the customer chooses a refund, this will be made at 100% via the method of payment used within 14 days of the date of denunciation of the contract. The cost of returning goods will be borne by our service department. For high-value items, we recommend that you take out insurance with the carrier to cover the amount of the return, although this is not compulsory.
